Every campus, scored on the same items
A TRIAD assessment is a fixed instrument, not a free-form walkthrough. Items are grouped into domains and each is scored In Place, In Progress, In Need or N/A — anything In Need carries a priority and its own photographic evidence.
P1 — life-safety exposure; remediate this budget cycle.
P2 — material gap; schedule within the school year.
P3 — hardening opportunity; plan against capital.
Electronic access controls for high-frequency-use exterior doors.
Visitor management system for school campus including photo ID scanning capability.
Touch bar exit devices to replace crash bar exterior door egress hardware, including replacement of door handles if necessary.
Exterior doors are numbered/labeled and correspond to campus maps shared with first responders.
Which items map to which CPTED principle?
Every item in the instrument answers to one of the four CPTED principles. See how they read on a campus site plan.
