To provide the CPTED assessment and reporting service, we collect the following types of information:

• User Credentials: Authentication data (emails, names, SSO tokens) used to identify approved school district members.
• Evaluation Data: Checklist answers, recommendation notes, safety score summaries, and comments logged on specific question parameters.
• Media Assets: Photos and annotations uploaded during audits to document security concerns.

2. Data Security & Storage

Security is our core priority. All cloud data is transmitted securely via HTTPS and stored in a database protected by Row-Level Security (RLS). This ensures that only members of your specific school district (tenant) can view or modify your data.

On mobile devices, assessment records are stored in a secure local database (SQLite) for offline compatibility. Photos captured on device are cached locally and synchronized to secure cloud buckets.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your school safety records, contact information, or administrative data with outside parties. Stripe is used as our third-party billing processor to securely handle transaction data.

4. Cookies & Web Tokens

We use standard session tokens and local storage values to maintain authentication states, track current active tenants, and cache user preferences.
